Solid works model of wing tip and molds. Femap FEA modeling to validate carbon/honeycomb composite structure. Mold master patterns machined from tooling board using using integrated HSMworks CAM. Tip molds are service coated fiber glass
New wing tips increase the span 3 ft and are integral part of the wings fuel tank adding 10gallons
